I'm sure you don't have this problem but I did want to share that it is possible to wear a belt not attached to any kind of belt hoops. Ambidextrous Design Can Be Rotated for Left & Right Hand Draw. I've already lost my tiny waist due to having two kids and aging so I do what I can to not look any thicker than I have to. Wearing the belt on the outside of the skirt but below my blouse at least hides it and doesn't leave that unsightly bump around my waistband. Besides being too tight it makes for an uncomfy church service knowing I've got my gun literally jabbing me in the side. It's a bit more secure than attaching it straight to my skirt waistband which I've done in the past. I've been known to take my every day belt that I wear with my jeans and put it around my waist on top of my skirt but under my blouse and then take my OWB LCP holster and just hitch it on to the belt.
These are lady like skirts and the material and waistband are pretty much flimsy. Well, it's not quite the same but works for me on Sunday mornings when I wear skirts to church.
